Carly joined The Winch Group team as a benefits advisor in June 2017. After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Guelph) and then an International Business Management certification (George Brown), Carly spent several years working in the finance and accounting industry. She has her LLQP, Mutual Funds License, and is currently working towards a GBA designation through Dalhousie. Carly is a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and is excited to build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, advice and guidance.

Davis Winch is a Licensed Life agent who has been working within the employee group retirement and health and dental benefit industry since 2018. Pam embarked on her insurance career immediately after graduating from University of Guelph, where she played Varsity Soccer. Her first position was that of a Group Rep with UNUM, the World's leading Long Term Disability insurer (NYSE: UNM in Portland, Maine, and Toronto).
She has served on the Board of The Benefits Alliance Group, and Advisor Councils for various insurers.
