While every Winch Group team member believes in providing the best advice and solutions to our clients, giving back to the community is equally important to the firm. This is part of our overall philosophy.

Ottawa Flood Relief

During the recent Ottawa floods The Winch Group of companies was glad to help support recovery efforts. The Winch Group joined with the Energy For Water Initiative to raise upward of $50,000 to provide resources to those in need, they secured the services of a hydrovac truck to assist affected homes in flooded Ottawa neighborhoods.

The initial money raised by Energy for Water’s key founding partners, Fairfield Watson, The Winch Group, Jet Hydrovac, Tornado Global Hydrovacs, Hydrovac Nation, FYidoctors, RWAM Insurance Administrators Inc. and CapriCMW.

Winch Golf For Kids

All proceeds directly support children’s mental health at The ROCK.

We are proud to have been associated with Reach Out Centre for Kids, an accredited Children’s mental health center offering over 30 programs and services for Children and youth up to age 17. ROCK is the largest Children’s mental health service provider in Halton Region, and serves the community through locations in Burlington, Oakville and Milton.  We have partnered with the ROCK to sponsor their Annual Golf Tournament for the past seven years raising in excess of $150,000 for Children.
