ACCOUNT & SERVICE MANAGERS
Our Account Managers act as liaisons between your human resources department and benefit and/or pension carriers. They understand the importance of responding quickly to a client’s request as well as communicating with insurance carriers on an ongoing basis. Each Account Manager recognizes the needs of both employers and employees. They enjoy problem solving and working directly with clients on a daily basis.
Our Service Manager will be involved in the enhancement of our service offering. This will involve internal and external client interaction. We are continuing to develop new ways to improve the client experience every day and will continue to strive towards maximum client delight.
